Oh, my first genuine job rejection. Surprisingly, it hurts, for something I couldn't truly care about. Perhaps it is just the abruptness, and how depressing it is to be turned down for a lame job.
I bet I can beat that :-P Unfortunately it never feels any better when you get rejected the second time. Actually, the worst is when you think you did well in an interview and find out a month later that they turned you down but forgot to tell you.
