Living somewhere where I can creep out of my blankets and get to my laptop is much better for me. I like taking notes on here in a way that's hard to capture in my paper journals.

Perhaps rain today. It's cool and grey and lovely outside. Perfect depression weather I suppose. I should be on my way to work. Well.

I want to go to Metro today. This is exactly the sort of day I need it.

I think overcast cold days are underappreciated because everyone thinks they are nasty days, but when you've seen the sun as much as a Floridian has and you've lived in this infernal heat its a blessing to have a beautiful overast day where you can just soak in the cold and cherish the lack of intrusive light. Yeah.

Exactly. Sometimes, a nice cool grey is exactly what the body needs to recover. I don't like it so much when it's damp, but a nice dry grey... ah bliss. Especially when the gray is varied and streaked.
