bad sleeps

I keep waking up in the same position I laid down to sleep. That's strange for me. I only wake up because my or arm is tingling from being so still. I hate it. Either I can't sleep, or my sleep is deep and horrible. Last night's dreams involved being shot several times, moving to Prague and everything going wrong, someone shooting cats with some kind of stun gun and a hundred other terrible things. It's all left me off kilter, confused and feeling unable to do anything I meant to do today.

you aren't eating cheese before bed, are you? I had all those symptoms when I was regularly eating several ounces of cheese in an evening, with fruit, for dinner...

No... I don't like cheese too much. Only very specific cheese in small quantities. :/

I've been having odd dreams lately too, though not particularly bad ones.

I dreamed the other night that we were apartment hunting and couldn't find anything besides one bedrooms in east Austin, and I kept wondering where Mike was but not enough that it seemed odd for us to be living together again.

I also dreamed I moved in with Erin and Marie again and two days into the lease they told me they were moving out to live with other people, which was clearly a Karen flash back.

I'm sorry your dreams are so unpleasant.
