threeplusfireI like curling my fingers around the chill coffee beans, dropping them one by one into the grinder. The smell, the soft hiss of the water heating as the liquid drips down... it's been months since I made coffee home, and I wonder why. It pleases me.
No change to the grey wet world outside. I wouldn't mind so much, if it just wasn't so damp.

I like Front 242. Where are my Ministry cds, anyway? This weather is perfect for certain sounds.
I have an invitation to a celebration on next Thursday that I'd like to go to, except that I don't have a car. It's probably not somewhere I should be anyhow, but the thought is nice. Still looking for a job. It's unpleasant. Too bad none of my friends are wealthy enough to afford a house girl. I'm going to practice cooking more in the meantime.
Thanks to Reive, I have a lovely family photo on my desktop now. It makes me wish I had leather gloves.
