Metro, Metro. Saviour of my soul. I don't say that enough I suppose.

Cooked Russian dumplings and a little Crimean pie today, and it came out well enough. Though I think I will tweak the recipe a little bit and find some pomegranates to make a salad next time. Took off for the coffee shop later, and picked up Rachel. We played cards and talked, after picking up some cds. Derek came down as well, and we shared stories, rambled about religion and life and the sorts of things one is supposed to discuss in coffee shops during college.

More Republican fun with Flash. It induces dread about the state of politics in twenty years, as Gene said.

I'm not feeling profound right now. It's okay.

I found that cartoon hard to follow. I was distracted by the clumsy animation. You would think that with the budget they have they could go out and hire a competent flash animator.

No, see, what I think is going on is that the interns for the GOP and the DNC are having their own private war. Who can make the most atrocious flash cartoons. I put up some links several days ago to the original cartoons. They are simultaneously amusing and horrifying.
