threeplusfireI sobbed my way through the last part of The Two Towers. When Eomer and his army comes riding down that impossible slope, I thought Melynda and I might break each other's hands.
The Ents! Gollum! Best fucking CGI ever! I hope Lucas is cringing somewhere.
The fight with the Balrog, and Shadowfax, and Mordor, and oh good gods it was amazing. Amazing. Exhausting and terrifying and so damn beautiful.
My eyes are burning.
