Ah. It's good to know someone else recognizes my secret desire to be a knight. It's funny, because I so often think of it to myself in exactly that way.
While my wizard doesn't like to be a messenger boy, I am vastly amused at being called upon to make sure all flows smoothly in our grand soap opera verse. Reive is trapped without net, and the whole thing sounds so bloody unpleasant. But we did have a conversation that veered wildly from serious to hysterical, and it was such a pleasure to hear her voice again.
My head is full of things. Oh so full.
But you know what? I have a plane ticket to New York, April 30th to May 6th. The price was too good to pass up and Besides, I promised Reive I would cook, and I find myself yearning to see all the wonderful people there, and I really do need to go to the Met again. Not to mention have cupcakes and conversations.
Now that I'm practically vibrating with adrenaline from wandering around and using my credit card, I don't know how I will go to sleep.

Re:
Standardized Test Time! We had that, but in Texas is laughable. Or would be if half the kids didn't screw up on the most ridiculous and basic of questions. I remember finishing the test and having to spend an hour doing nothing at my desk because they wouldn't let me have a book.
If nothing else, we can laugh and be dirty, tired Rangers. :D

When you see me, remind me that I've refused to worry, 'kay? :D
I refuse to worry. :)
Meanwhile: laughing, being dirty, being tired, being Rangerish, is an excellent profession indeed. I look forward to it!
Re:
I'm so excited right now! How am I going to wait four months?

It shall be hard, the waiting. It shall fly by, though, I am sure, and then there shall be much dooby-dorky-ness to be had. It shall be glorious!
Re:
Your wizard is ruffly? Hee! *falls off the couch laughing at the image of him in ruffles*
Oh let us hope! It would of course help if I became gainfully employed. Bah. But the fun! The madness! I can't wait.

And...ruffly in a pigeon puff way? :D
...gah. :D I cannot wait. ( Gainful employment, bah. Who needs it... >.>;; Well, okay, never mind. )
Re:
Now I'm picturing Remus with the look of a ruffled puffed pigeon. Mwuhahaha.
Staring intently at my calendar... 112 days. This will be even worse than counting down til my graduation date.

Remus obviously is a ruffled puffed pigeon. >.> ... but don't tell Severus, he might be disturbed.
...hrm. 112 days. ... it's a doable amount of time, if not painful. But. It shall be worth zee wait!
Re:
Hehehe, I will have to restrain myself. Because the image is too funny for words.
I'm going to make a little chart and start crossing off the days. Counting how many times I will have lunch before I'm in New York again....
