burn burn burn

Some days, I should not be trusted to fill my own lighter. Especially when I splash lighter fluid all over and don't notice. Luckily it was just one of those pretty, oh shit kind of things and not oh dear god I've burned a hole in a) my pants, b) the couch, or c) my hand.

The guy at the gas station forgot to charge me for my candy, and we ordered pizza, and I found some painkillers in the medicine cabinet. So it's better, even if I still didn't get any of the things I'm expecting in the mail.

I need a job before I am tempted to start living like a Bret Easton Ellis novel. Or I should read something else. My attention span is shot to hell these days though.

2) a print of an awesome photo taken by a friend
3) my King of Gondor ring, a christmas present

I know the ring will be here next week, but the steamer could come any day now! I want to make dumplings, and tamales, and buckets of steamed rice.
