bring on the plague

I am incredibly peeved about some of the madness flying around today about the smoking ban. Just because I am peeved doesn't mean I hate you by the way. Just so we're clear. I know many of my friends have very different opinions on the subject, and I wish to avoid any drama. So don't take my ranting personally please.

If everyone is so worried about smell, can we please have an ordinance requiring anyone who leaves their damned home to bathe so I am not assaulted by their body stink? Can we also have one requiring everyone to use public transport to reduce exhaust? Can we also have ordinances protecting me from everything else that offends me? Fuck!

I'm going to work and I'm going to smoke a lot. Because I'm feeling spiteful.

that's right...George Bush turning our city's air BROWN from de-regulation is progress, while people smoking is fuckin up the delicate balance...
