So I called Rach because I was driving around in my truck with 320lbs of quick mix concrete and listening to Iggy Pop's "I Wanna Be Your Dog" as it was just an odd odd moment.

My grandfather is rebuilding the back fence, and my aunt came along for the visit, and my grandmother was complaining about her cane. We ate hamburgers and watched the Belmont which was slightly disappointing as the track was soaked. Empire Maker pulled off a good win though. Beautiful horse.

Going out tonight, though I haven't decided where or what I want yet.

Well it was kinda funny to watch all those people try not to get wet, and the line of cameras around the track with garbage bags wrapped over them. Heh.
