invitations

You know, this wedding business isn't so bad I think. Met my mother this afternoon and picked out some invitations, which are pretty nifty. We're pleased, and they were an exceptionally good deal. Now I hope I don't go through any nonsense, with people trying to bring dates, their cousins and such like.

Shelly came to town, and we had an awesome dinner at Kerbey Lane. I love getting the chance to visit with her, see pictures of the kitties, catch up on life.

Home now, watching the Animatrix episodes, going through all the calls on my phone, making plans for the evening.

what do your invites look like? did you go very traditional? are they square? i wanted square...but there is extra postage and all sorts of nonsense to deal with if you get them. also - we couldn't find ones that fit the "mood" of my wedding.

Mine are square, and I had no idea about the postage! Eep. Oh well. They are very white squares, with a silver border and silver ink. It's very simple, sort of modern and traditional all at the same time. I like them lots. :)
