threeplusfireWe left the house late yesterday to drive over to the House on the Hill. The other half of the rental fee has been paid, there's plenty of lighting outside, and there's a business just down the street that will let us use their parking lot for our guests. So now I really should send out the last of those invitations.
We came home and retired early, so I missed phone calls. I am lame. Neither on of us ended up hanging out with the people we intended to hang out with, and we missed the football games. I don't know. I think we both just wanted away.
But we had very important conversations, curled up on the bed and finishing off the vodka. I know that there isn't anything that could persuade me not to do this, not to make this choice. It feels like he's always sort of been here, somehow. We marvel over discovered quirks because we've never had someone else with them, or who liked them.
