We made a box for the stray kitties last night, and stuck my heating pad inside. Once we lured them in with some smoked slamon they seemed to like it. I know they have fur, but surely it can't hurt.

A friend of Alan's mother sent us a big crystal pitcher. It's heavy and came in a big box of bubble wrap. It wasn't something we registered for, but I'm really glad she sent it. I want to fill it with something, but it would be too heavy for me to pour! Maybe I'll just put some flowers in it.

I know the feeling. I'm trying to find a place to put it where it won't get knocked over, and it will make our home look classier. :P
