Oh my god, I love this mixer. I feel like I should type that in screaming caps and with many exclamation points, but I'll refrain. But oh god it's so much better than anything I've ever used, and it's just so thorough. The power! The speed! The coverage! The bowl with a handle! It's sleek pewter sparkly-ness!

Super chocolate cookies baking. Up next, icing with a half pound of butter and a whole pound of sugar!
