There's not a lot of good acting in the film, but it's pretty enough to watch. Unless you're uncomfortable with gory Masonic ritual I suppose. Seeing as how half my family belongs to one Masonic order or another, I shouldn't be quite as creeped out by it as I am.

Every time the people upstairs turn on the shower, water begins sheeting down. (How many fucking showers can those people take in one night?) Fortunately most of it lands in the tub. I'm still utterly furious about this, but since my name isn't on the lease yet I can't be the one to pitch an unholy fit in the office. Rest assured however, this will change.

I was not aware your family had Masonic ties. Freaky, especially as I'm rereading "Foucault's Pendulum" right now. Were you a Junior Mason Cadet or whatever they call 'em?

I wish! That would have been fun. But I was left out of the festivities, and only learned about it all when my grandfather died. Most of my father's family, old German stock, belongs to the Masons.
