threeplusfireSo despite a lot of channel flipping we missed the MoveOn commercial. I am bummed out by that.
Anyways, we ate fried pickles and mushrooms, salsa and Sarah's super dip of doom. The cake was tasty, and I made peppermint whipped cream. So good, and everyone liked it. Rachel and Elisa came over, and we laughed a lot because we were making fun of the football game. Much beer and cider was consumed, and everyone left happy. Brett and Sarah played cards with us, and there was much shit talking. Great episodes of the Simpsons too. Tsar Slate was a little shy, but I think he was overwhelm by a half dozen people being around.
I think this week I will run errands and practice getting up earlier. Hopefully by next week I won't be sleeping til 2, and I can get up to work out. Looks like I'll be going to Karen's for that, and I think it's a good idea. Having another person around will motivate me more, especially if I have to get out of the house.
Alan and the kitty are on the couch, perhaps I should be there too.
