I am sore all over from the second workout. But one the bright side I managed fourty crunches broken into smaller sets before I sprawled out. Ooof. The pushups were not so bad, but the lunges and the other things were brutal.

Am wearing very soft comfy clothes to attempt to apologize to my muscles.

Livejournal is weird. I never cease to marvel about how worked up people get over the cut tag. To me, it seems to exist for a good reason. If you're posting chapter five of the novel of your life or giant pictures of naked bodies, it seems like a good idea. Many people read from public terminals or in the office and a giant penis could be a bad moment if the boss walks by the desk. But it irritates me when I see people become over zealous about the cut tag, and demand that people cut their entries for one reason or another. Most mice have scroll wheels these days, and every keyboard has a Pg Dn button. If there's something you don't care about, a long winded post, quiz results or whatever, you can scroll! Sheesh. It's not such a big deal. Scroll and move on.

I just read an entry where many people made snarky comments about how the journal writer in question should have put her image behind a cut tag. What a lame excuse to be rude. Either get better bandwidth or deal, universe. I am filled with a bratty urge to post enormous bandwidth sucking images, but I'll restrain myself.

Mostly I think we should all stop expecting people to cater to our own individual tastes all the time. As lame as it sounds, we honestly should try to be a bit nicer and have more respect for each other. It just makes daily living a bit easier, and all that energy could be better used for art or activism or something else.

So wired world, go forth and write whatever your heart desires. I'll try to be less cranky myself.

i feel the same way. If you don't want to see or read what I have to say, then don't.. but I should not be expected to cut.

I definitely think you should post bandwidth eating pictures. One picture heavy post per day for seven days. *giggle* Pandemonium.

See, there you go asking people to be both rational AND decent again. You and your fucking demands, sheesh.

I know! I should beat my hand with a ruler for daring to ask so much of people! It's simply uncalled for, isn't it?

Oh, so you get to be the grand pooba? In that case you have to wear a giant crown and a cape to designate the times we should cater to you. :P
