scotch

We went to the scotch tasting at Opal Divine's tonight, and a good time was had by all. The owner Michael Parker was the host, and gave interesting tidbits about each scotch. I feel edified, and very warm on the inside. I've never been much for the scotch personally, but Alan adores it. I found a couple I very much enjoy, which had interesting smells.

Thank heavens for cabs. There was a huge traffic jam on 35 and accident. Too many people trying to get into the Mardis Gras madness on 6th. Ick.

I’m down from Boston visiting [livejournal.com profile] pookfreak and was also at the OD tasting. Where were you seated? I was in the far left corner as you entered the room. [livejournal.com profile] pookfreak was surprised to find two people on her friends list were in the same place…

I was at the front left table, across from the two men in kilts. Small strange world, livejournal is. :)

Ah ya. I was in the back/front, at the speaker&squo;s right hand. Was a happy time.
