trying to get me in trouble

threeplusfireI'm having one of those days that gives one a headache for a bunch of petty, stupid reasons. I am so glad I'm not coming into work tomorrow.
Most especially because several weeks ago I was in a training class for scaling structures from aerial photos onto FEMA maps. I irritated the trainer by not doing something exactly as she wanted it, but I didn't think it was a big deal. Mostly it amused me. I found out today, just before I was due to attend another class, that the trainer went to my supervisor and complained that I was disruptive, arrogant and argumentative. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot? All because I freehand drew my structure when I realized the example lot was incorrectly scaled. That bitch. I most certainly did not interrupt her class nor did I cause any kind of scene.
Nothing has come of it, because she failed to send my supervisor an email. But I did get a talking to, and a warning to be extra polite tonight. My face hurts from assuming an expression as bland and unthreatening as I could manage.
I gave my lunch to Alan. He ordered me a cheeseburger, which I just couldn't face eating. Bright yellow sticky cheese melted all over the meat and the vegetables and bread. I really just don't like cheese all that much, and even less so when it's that weird yellow rubbery kind. I ate some onion rings, but I'm still hungry. The thought of getting anything out of the vending machine just makes me feel fat.
I would really just like to go home now. I'm tired from spending my afternoon driving around. Since Alan has yet to renew his insurance or his license, I have to drive us everywhere, every day. It's getting very old very quick.
