I am so miserable, because it's 8am and I could use a bloody damned drink because I can not sleep.

Why the hell is it so easy to talk to everyone but me? I am so tired, and it just hurts.

Everything okay?

It's been a long and stressful night. I don't know what to make of it.

Do you want to have lunch and talk today? Or do you think you'll be napping before work?

I don't think I'll be able to go back to sleep. Once I've gone this long, I might as well keep running. Besides, it reminds me of college. ;)

What time is lunch and where?

I usually go to lunch at one. My office is right at the intersection of Mopac and 183, so I'm up for anything that I can get to in under 5 minutes.

How about La Madeline, at Great Hills & 183? WE could sit outside.

When I was visiting Telluride, the locals bar would serve breakfast and booze in the morning. Food for the ski bums heading out to the slopes, and booze to the miners who had just gotten off of shift.

Or: You could have a breakfast cocktail- mimosa or bloody mary.

So have a drink if it will soothe you.

Oi, I could so go for a mimosa right now. However, I think the friendly guys at the liquor store might look at me funny if I'm waiting outside when they open.
