Alan soaked some raw ahi tuna in lime, cilantro and olive oil. It was chopped into small cubes, and drizzled with some spicy sauce. Best eaten with avocado and capers on little crunchy bread slices. So incredibly delicious, rich and spicy. Serve with an ice cold glass of limeade.
