Brett is sick, so no 5am gym. I could have slacked, but I went at 2am instead. It's utterly empty then! I like it. Sort of weird and empty and I watch Fox on the television bank hanging over the cross training machines. I read Vanity Fair and biked five more miles.
Alan did laundry and dishes while I was gone. I am finally having my virtuous post work-out cigarette. Damn the smoothie counter for being closed. I still want my smoothie.
There is nothing on at 4am worth watching. I've settled on CNN as the lesser evil, mostly because they had pictures of the oil refinery fire in Texas tonight. However I'm currently watching a news report on EMI which has cut thousands of jobs and artists apparently in an effort to boost their stock. How absurd.
I was massively disappointed in Dunne's column on Martha Stewart in the April issue of Vanity Fair.
