It's a cruel thing to work on your birthday. I've decided I will no longer sign these cards that circulate for birthdays and things, because I'm a petty and awful person and would it have fucking killed someone to acknowledge my birthday?!? At least the receptionist who secretly runs the company called out a happy birthday to me.
To salvage the day, I'm going to clean up and go out to dinner with Alan. Oddly enough, my sister called to say hi. Her car was broken into last night and all her cds stolen. I think she's going to go buy a new car this weekend.
Many thanks for all the birthday wishes from LJ land, they made the long day at work better.
