once more, same as before

We did a lot of aimless shopping today, but no buying aside from several frosty beverages. We are considering buying a giant television, just for the hell of it. Who knows.
The second viewing of Prisoner of Azkaban was interesting. I was better able to pinpoint the scenes left out of the film and ponder the reasoning. I really think they need a director's cut.
Perhaps the most interesting thing of all is the clear sign of a more artistic and gifted hand in the camera work. So many scenes begin or end in reflective surfaces, and I find it entirely deliberate given the nature of the story. It's very beautiful, and makes the transitions work.
I have to say, David Thewlis is my new crush object. He's so charming and I want to feed him soup.
Is anyone else seeing those scary as hell Fanta commercials? Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?
On a less happy note, the crowd was awful. Bratty children who would not shut up, kids who threw popcorn at the back of my head, and some raging bitch whose phone rang during the last twenty minutes of the film who answered her phone and started talking on it. Crap like that makes me want to scream at people, and I very nearly did at the cell phone moron.
