A year ago, it was beginning to come together. It's sort of odd to think it has only been that long, and that I will measure the rest of my life in numbers beginning there.

I knew, standing in Central Market, when I said "I love you" without thinking about it or realizing that was going to happen. There was a moment when I was on the couch with him, and when I said it I knew I had been saying it all my life to the wrong people. That here it was, the right time, the right place, the right person.
