So thank you Sammka for pointing it out in the first place. I can't say enough good things about the Diva Cup. It's genius. I'll never have to buy tampons again, it's easy, I feel so much cleaner, blah blah blah. I was skeptical at first, and it took a couple times before I got the hang of the darn thing. But now I don't think I could go back to using anything else. It's so worth it. Cost wise, I'll break even in a few months compared to the cost of tampons and panty liners. I can stop being creeped out by the TSS warnings on tampon boxes. Life is good.

I really need to buy one! I have been meaning to forever. What made you choose divacup over keeper tho? That's what I'm not sure about.

I went with the Diva Cup because it was made of medical grade silicone instead of rubber. Mostly that's a personal preference, as the two products seem identical to me.

Perhaps another point, I found answers to more of my questions on the Diva Cup website.

Rock on! Another believer in "alternative" menstrual products. I've got the keeper and it's pretty damned cool. Also, I'm looking into washable/reusable cloth pads. Do you know about [livejournal.com profile] the_keeper community? They discuss all the cups, not just the keeper. It's good stuff, though like most communities, you end up seeing the same damn questions/discussions over and over again after a while. But check it out, if you haven't already.

Cool, thanks. I can't believe I've not ever heard of something like this before!
