Yay for global warming, as was mentioned earlier. It's 101 right now, with a heat index of 110. Don't think I will be doing any laundry for awhile yet. As least it isn't as humid as it has been. We've had hardly any tornados! Strange.

I should have just stayed home from work, instead of going in for a measly three hours. Waking up with the impending sense of vomit and doom is never a good sign. I've been sleeping, chewing medicine and drinking blue water.

The shower helped a lot, especially since last night I made a new batch of sugar scrub. I mixed in the Vicomte de Valmont and a touch of Unicorn from the Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab, and I like the way it has turned out. Then again, maybe it's just my own humor. It is after all the innocence and depravity mix.

My head aches something fierce. Maybe I will just go back to sleep.

If you're throwing up you should drink gatorade or sprite, and avoid all dairy. This is what we tell our patients atleast.

Lots and lots of blue gatorade, and these gritty salty tablets to settle the stomach. Whee.
