Today I suffered through several hours of the worst headache I've experienced. At times I closed my eyes and tried to work blind, because the monitor glare sent stabbing pains through my brow. This was a day I should have stayed home.

That must have been horrible :-( I used to suffer from daily migraines, so I know what it's like.
