I just applied for a job with a market research company that I am wildly unqualified for, but would love to do. Maybe my cover letter will be passionate enough. It sounds absurd, but I'd love to per the person putting together surveys, or collating all that data. Hire me, love me, treat me right and pay me decently and I'll work my ass off for it.

I rewrote my resume again, and I should be emailling it out five hundred more times tonight.

Melynda bought me the Firefly DVDs, and I'm so puzzled as to why this series was cancelled. It's a hell of a lot better than anything I've seen come out of the Star Trek franchise in the past ten years, that's for damn sure. Baffling.

Alan's been asleep pretty much since Melynda left, so it's too quiet. I think it will go sit in the bath tub and smoke, because it is getting to where I can't smoke anywhere else.

We need to live in the same town again.

What I want to know is how a show is supposed to do well when you show the first episode last and the others in some sort of wonky order understood only by the person who picked it.
