I never get to sleep in, not ever. If it's not the alarm clock or the cat, something else intervenes. This morning it was my headache from the tequila, then the storm and then the drug dealer screaming at his girlfriend. If you are screaming loud enough to wake me out of an alcohol induced stupor, you are probably too loud. I listened to them for a few minutes, but it seemed like they were only screaming so I didn't call the police. Perhaps I should have anyway.

Last night while we were making our way through the madness of downtown I saw one of the Haunted Austin tour groups. I should do that sometime. They even do a Servant Girl Annihilator tour, our very own special serial killer from 1885. From all I've read, this guy could give Jack the Ripper a good run for his money.

I new about many of the haunted stories in Austin and the ones you mentioned about the Driskill Hotel but I did not know about the Servant Girl Annihilator. You are right… I just read a story on him on the What Was Then web sight. He was a sick bastard and I guess that is one more thing we can claim.
