Bless the kitchen aid mixer for freeing me from the tyranny of whipping egg whites into a meringue. However I had to dragoon Alan into squeezing two dozen tiny key limes because I am a purist in my fruit juices.
My chocolate cherry ganache is whipped into soft folds and soon I will spread it into the crust. The key lime is baking. The meringue is whipping.

I don't know how I did anything before this mixer. It is my silvery friend.
I have high hopes for the pies!
