[livejournal.com profile] rockstarbob These entries come out of the blue, and it's like listening to snatches of a radio at night. You're never sure what program is on, or what you will hear. I'm still putting pieces together into one big mosaic, shaped like a person. It has the air of realism, laid out with graceul lines. One of the ways I know that I want to get know a person is noticing their literary interests. She's already added one book to my list of things that I need to hurry up and read instead of endlessly perusing magazines.

Laymen’s Instructional Booklets

Damn… you must be board (or nostalgic)… I have the wonderful task of creating a Laymen’s Instructional Booklet for the Tremble GPS Unit and its Correlating PC Programs. Damn I hate creating these damn things… I really wish I could tell these people to go read the company’s manual but then they would just be lost and confused.

*shaking my head* -- There is something wrong about only teaching people to accomplish on task capability of a program and not teaching them how to use the actual program.
