Well the only thing left to do is put in the zipper. Guess I need to dig out the sewing machine manual and figure out what the zipper foot looks like and how to put it on the sewing machine. If it were shorter I might just do it by hand. But I'm tired.

It's come out really well and it fits so far! I only made a small goof where the two halves of the neckline meet in front because it was confusing and a pain in the ass to sew a triangle point in the midst of eight bllion layers of fabric. But I think it can be salvaged and since everyone seems to be into absurdly large and strange pieces of costme jewelry, I'm going to go snag a broach tomorrow when I go out for soap and hem tape.

I mailed the first batch of Christmas cards. I should get cracking on the rest of them. They're setting up the Trail of Lights and the Zilker tree already. I wish I had a christmas tree.

The cat would attack it and knock it over. Plus, there isn't really room in our apartment. :(
