ice cream and new classes

threeplusfireI saw a stack of Evan Zimroth's Collusion in the bargain rack in the bookstore tongiht, and I felt this catch in my throat. I couldn't tell what the feeling was. I wanted to buy many copies and give them away, though I don't think other people see what I see in this book. Because of my feelings about Russian, pain, ballet, love, power, sex, madness, obsession... I don't know if it affects other people this way. I want people to read it, because Zimroth is a wonderful writer.
Registered for classes. I have three day weeks, Monday Wednesday Friday classes only.
Czech III 9am-10pm
Ancient Egypt 11am-12pm
Lives & Deaths of Stars 12pm-1pm
Physical Anthropology self paced
I thought about taking two classics course to get them out of the way, but decided to stick with my original plan and have a three day week instead. That way I have more time to study for my GREs and work on my grad school application.
Ate ice cream at Amy's in the Arbor. A long line, as always on a weekend night. High school kids and random yuppies and college kids. I had toasted almond ice cream with chocolate chunks smashed into it.
Think I just want to soak in the bath tub for a long time.
