Somewhere in the building, a water pipe has most likely frozen or burst. The water boiler itself is up on top of the roof. The point of this is that our toliet does not work, and we have no hot water. Not even tepid lukewarm water. Our water is ice cold.

This is probably not going to be fixed until Monday I bet.
