Tonight I went to hang out with Sarah, and ate too many glazed walnuts. But we had cider, and that was some consolation for watching one of the worst movies ever. I shudder to think how awful the theatrical release must have been if this was the director's cut of King Arthur. I am mortified that I spent money on that and made someone else watch it. So so so terrible! Where was any sort of character development? Why were they all there in the first place? the only character I liked at all was the Saxon leader and that's because he made me think of a very stoned or drunk Liam Neeson with braids.

Alan and I made up for it later by watching Hero, which is very colorful and has an interesting story. Very sad.

I am still so tired I want to weep and we don't have any hot water at all. Three days now? At least. I hate my apartment. Next weekend, I'm not going out save for whatever birthday stuff happens for Sarah, and I'm going to clean this entire apartment if it kills me.

Going to bed now, because I'm so wretchedly tired I could cry.

Dude! I have kept your Christmas candy safe from all other ravenous hordes. ;) What's your tomorrow evening like? I'm thinking I might go do some laundry at my mom's place, so I could swing by coming or going.

I got nothing going on- let me know when you want to swing by, and I'll make a point to be here :)

i really feel for you about the hot water-- that is truly criminal. if it wasn't a holiday weekend...well--it's still terrible. are they going to fix it today sometime?

i'm amazed how much more satisfied i feel with my living situation when the home is CLEAN. deep scrubbing is also good exercise :)

I really, really hope so. Otherwise I'll be travelling in search of a shower tonight. It was just too cold for us not to have hot water this weekend!

Yeah, I derive a deep psychological benefit from the cleaning.
