threeplusfireI'm waiting on a couple of packages, and I want the mailman to show up right freaking now. I am so impatient with the mail, and it's been especially slow/weird this winter. There are bottles of Snow White, Frost Moon and Midwinter's Eve out there. I went a bit crazy with the BPAL this month. But I've been using all the imps Stacey gave me in my oil warmer, and it is good. Sadly Oberon doesn't work on my skin at all. I think it's the bergamot? I become lemon Pledge scented. But as a room fragrance, it's lovely.
We went out briefly, in the slightly nicer version of the dive bar but still plagued by karoke. Alan's applying for a resources position at Flood. While it is still Flood, it would be something more interesting than being on the floor.
I started reading a book that had so much promise. But three chapters into it and it's so dull. The writer is glossing over all kinds of interesting background in a sentence or two, it's choppy and just boring. Sigh. I'm trying to decide between the new Tad Williams or more fairy tales.
I want to decorate my bathroom in a cupcake theme. I really do.
Outside it is so grey, I'm having a hard time being motivated. But I did scrub most of the bathroom, and I filled a bag with trash so that has to count as something. Maybe I'll go to Target and look for a cupcake shower curtain.
