I'm still puzzling over the massive numbers of hands cut off in the Star Wars Universe. Every fight, someone lost a hand. Interesting. This film is so grim, so very grim. The slaughter of the Jedis is a gruesome thing, overwhelming. I caught myself holding my breath.

Revenge of the Sith was the first of the prequels that did not disappoint. There was a lot to enjoy, goofy dialogue aside and some stilted emotion.

Bless Ewan McGregor, for being the most fabulous young Obi-Wan.

Ewan is entirely scrumptious as Obi-wan. It's actually his work in the trilogy that made me realize how ridiculously hot I find him.

His ability to develop a candence that seems like a natural progression to Guiness makes me so happy. Oh how I like him.
