over a hundred in the sun

I'm hiding from the burning sun in the cool space of Tyler's apartment. His new laptop is very swank, wth the widescreen option. Very nice, very nice.

I went shopping with Melynda this afternoon. She's lost so much weight that she needs a new wardrobe. I'm envious. I think I will have to follow her example. No more fast food, no more chips, and probably even no more sodas. I love soda and I try to drink mainly diet ones. But I think I would like being a bit lighter more than I like soda. So we'll see.

Anyhow, Melynda got new clothes and we both bought new shoes. The same shoes in fact. We need to stop doing that. But they are so comfortable and fabulous. Plus, on sale! Sweet. I couldn't resist.

She has lost lots of weight and I too am jealous. The fast food thing isn't too hard but the soda is difficult, every once in a while I have to indulge, but good luck if you want to quit I know you can do it!
