Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

8pm to 12:21am, two cups of coffee, three cigarette breaks and 657 pages. After two years of waiting, I couldn't be persuaded to take my time. And here I am now in Metro with absolutely no one to talk to about it!



OH MY GOD.

I had a feeling Dumbledore would die. But this, this was not what I imagined. Mother fucker!

We all knew Snape was a double agent. But I suppose the point had to be made that even great love and trust can't save all, and even great wisdom can be blinded in the greater good. But holy fuck. Fuck fuck fuck. And I was completely surprised because I was expecting any number of people to be the Half Blood Prince. The potions should have tipped me off. Damn it. Snape's rage at being called a coward was like a punch to the gut. Damn.

I am seriously taken aback. Far be it from me to view characters one dimensionally, but I wasn't quite expecting it of Draco. I'm still wondering.

Oh the fandom is going to have a field day. Oh my oh my.

Cissy! Bwahahaha. I'm going to call Melynda that from now on.

My brain is exploding. Thank heavens Gene's little sister is online so I have someone to talk to about the book.
