This day has kicked my ass. I'm tired and depressed. Post trip let-down I suppose. Most depressing moment of the day? When the middle school teacher said, "What's this letter mean after the name?" What letter I ask. "This I and then V." Roman numerals? "Is that what that is? It's a letter, how can it be a number?"

I'm going to get dinner and read, in hopes that a book will cheer me up. I read the entire Eyre Affair yesterday, which was hilarious. Someone, please take me to see Richard III now.

You simply must read the other three Thursday Next books! So much fun!

And then read The Big Over Easy, which is a spinoff.

I'm so glad you enjoyed The Eyre Affair. I'm very excited about the second book.

I loved that book. So much I decided to get Jane Eyre. I haven't read that book in ages. Let me know what you think of the other two in the series.
Hope your day's get better.

I don't think I've ever read Jane Eyre. I perhaps should now.
Thank you.

What are those "I"s after "Richard"?

Yeah. It was a bit disheartening.

Eyre Affair...

Agreed. The author has several sequels out.
