my plant

Bought some strawberries this morning, boxes of perfectly red berries. Mmm. This is one of my favorite things about summer, the berries and the fruits.

It wasn't enough to kill my poor airplane plant, the damn cat had to bite me. I have nasty puncture wounds in the side of my hand and I'm tempted to keep her on the balcony for the afternoon. My poor plant. *sigh* I've had that plant for years. Terrible that I'm about to cry over a plant, but I really did care very much for it. It was pretty in a quiet way, and made me happier.

*comfort* I am sorry for the destruction of your plant. Maybe Kitty needs a Cat Salad? You can get mixed seeds that are nutritous for feline digestive systems at pet stores. She prolly didn't do it to be destructive, she just needed some help with her digestion. *hugs*

Trust me, she was determined to be destructive today. She has destroyed the plant, a screen door, and a shoe today. Her mom is away for the weekend, and the cat is not happy. I woke up to her howling in Karen's bedroom at 8am. She's a bit codependent. ;) thank heavens my roommate comes back tomorrow.
