Fear my productivity

I just cranked out a double batch of sugar cookie dough - one part chocolate, one part peppermint. Complete with crushed candy canes! Tomorrow morning I will roll it out and make cocoamint swirl cookies. Mmm, thank you Alton Brown.

Though now I can't figure out when I have time to shower, or clean my room. Ack. I should really go to bed, but there's stuff to do.

Kevin's in town, and I haven't seen him in so long. Can't wait!

My coworker kim gave me an awesome Christmas present - one of those little pillows full of crunchy bits you can microwave into a heating pillow. Now that I've slaved in the kitchen for two hours, I am in need of it! Perfecto.

Cocoamint swirl cookies! I've been trying to talk Eric into making those. They sound really tasty!

They are suprisingly easy and from alton brown. however the only thing I changed is to use cocoa powder added in with the flour for the chocolate. I tried mixing the plain dough with melted chocolate and I didn't like the results.
