threeplusfireTonight's menu is bison roast with baby bella mushrooms in a veal demiglace, served with a baguette and mulled wine. Mostly local too, except for the spices like cloves. Where do cloves even grow?
Making food is one of those ways I show my love and gratitude, when I am less than eloquent. I am so grateful for my spouse, who is a kinder and better man than I ever hope to be.

Who pulled the meat out at exactly 141 degrees without even checking first? This guy! Perfect rare, And everything was pretty damn tasty.
