that crumble really was amazing

I really should have cornered the La Sombra chef after that Iron Chef event and demanded to know the secrets of his crumble. ARGH. I know it had coconut and almonds. So I should probably just experiment on my own. But I fear nothing will ever live up to that glorious tropical fruit crumble.

Speaking of La Sombra I really want to go eat there. They have six kinds of ceviche on the menu!
