Last night I saw Edward Scissorhands in the theater for the first time. There's something a little magic about seeing things like that on a big screen when you've only known them from the television. Greg from the Alamo loves this movie, and as his gift to us, he made it snow inside during the end. I had tears in my eyes. I think that might be my most favorite moment from the Alamo all year.
The year is almost over. Maybe I'll do one of those year end surveys. I almost never do that but maybe it would be good.
Today I took a walk, and during it I ran. I haven't run without need in a long time. Running usually makes me want to die. But I ran, until I couldn't breathe and then I walked home. I don't think I could have done that if it wasn't freezing cold outside.
Just a lazy afternoon watching the internet. Our charity drive is poised to tip over three hundred thousand dollars by the end of the year. I am so damn proud of everyone involved.
