Combine
2/3 to 1 cup sugar, depending on natural sweetness of the berries
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons quick-cooking tapioca
Sprinkle combined ingredients over the berries and stir gently until well blended.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Turn the fruit into a 9-inch pie shell. Dot with 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter.
Cover pie with top shell. Bake ten minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 35 to 40
minutes.
(You can use any kind of berries for this!)
