I am watching Iron Chef. It's Anglerfish Battle, and an uglier fish I have not seen in my life. An extra long battle, because slicing up the fish seems to be a formidable task.

Hmm. I want to eat the anglerfish pies, or the potato fried fish.
The Iron Chef wins again!
I need an Iron Chef tshirt.

If you find a place that serves it, make sure to make mention of it in your journal. I'm honestly curious at this point. I also want to see the chef who would be willing to go near that dinosaur for anything less than national fame and fortune. :-)

I think that actually being brave enough to put that thing in your mouth should require them to not only waive the fee, but carry you around on their shoulder for an hour, shouting your name.

Heh, than I'd definitely have to wear the tiara to dinner. During the show, they explained that the meat itself doesn't have a lot of flavor. The liver and the skin are considered the best parts. That thing had a gigantic liver! I'm so, so, so curious.

I gotta tell you... it was the way that thing seemed to lack any solidity that really creeped me out. You're a more adventurous soul than I am.

Yeah. Ick. The ones I had were mushy in an unpleasant way, and gods above did they taste awful. Bleah.
