My aunt Tricia emailed me some photos tonight, which are fabulous. I especially love the one of our hands on my flowers. The roses and lillies are still alive, but the star shaped ones have faded. They are still on my desk.

Here's where we were married, in front of the limestone fountain.

My mother and Alan. His vest looks blue, but it was really silver. Damn, I never get tired of looking at him.

Cutting the groom's cake and licking our fingers.

Rach and I in front of the devastated cake. We still have lots of cake if you're hungry.

I think when you're an artist, you're required to be late. ;) But it's all good and thank you so much.

Everyone looks beautiful!!! And the dress is more stunning than I even remember! It's perfect! Alan looks so dashing! Your mother looks more vibrant and lovely than I ever saw her...she's beaming! So much happiness. : )

I was stunned at how beautiful it all was. One of my mother's friends has a salon and did my mother's hair as a Christmas gift, and I talked her into the dress. I've never seen her like that. Oh and Alan was so dashing. I almost wanted to steal the tux for another day or two.

So much happiness. :)

Oh my God, you're dress is the most gorgeous thing I've ever seen. It's exactly what I've always pictured in my head for my dress! I'm glad there are people in the world who not only think like me, but design the clothes of my dreams.

You both looked berry bootiful. :D

And you know, it's surprisingly comfortable for a wedding dress. It really is neat. (To raise your spirits even more, it was very inexpensive as well.) Yay for the dress!

I'm exceedingly grateful it doesn't turn me into a giant white puffball. ;)

Your wedding looked wonderful :). I just got engaged myself recently and will be moving to Arlington, Texas by the end of the month to be with my fiance. I doubt that I'll be able to have a wedding as nice as yours, who knows, we might even go to Vegas. :)

Thank you, it was everything we wanted and so we were lucky. Any wedding, no matter where it is, can be a beautiful wedding when you've got your loved ones and friends around. Congratulations on your engagement and good luck.

Thank you. My aunt has a photo of her hands with her husband, and it's very lovely, so she offered to get one for us. I think it's my very favorite.

I was amazed it all came together like this. IT was perfect.

More photos to be uploaded today, and then a lot of film to be developed. We didn't have a professional photographer but we had about a dozen people with cameras and two videos. Eesh!

But isn't it better that way? Just knowing the people who took the photos did so with loving eyes? That seems somehow more personal, better than some strange photographer dude who knows all these generic angles and whatnot.

The limestone thinger is gorgeous, btw.

It is really, it feels more real to me than posed portraits. It is more how I remember it. :)

I love the limestone fountain! It's so pretty and I was so glad we could do it outside there.
