tonight's culinary extravaganze

Salmon stuffed with mushrooms and green onion and lemon zest, rubbed with butter and sprinkled with balsamic vinegar

Mozzarella tortellini with mushrooms sauteed in butter, some lemon, green onions and garlic, in a white wine cream sauce and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese

We are nearly comatose from the richness of the food.
